Whether you have vibration testing from MIL-STD-810 testing that needs to be completed, or you are trying self-imposed design verification or accelerated life testing, Sollers Design & Testing Solutions is your answer for fixture design. All we need is your shaker armature insert pattern, the mechanical information on your part, and the required operating frequency range and we will do all the rest of the work. The fixture for your product will have finite element analysis (FEA) simulations performed on it so that we can verify that there will be no resonant frequencies for your fixture in your required frequency range. The fixture will also be designed to minimize stress on the shaker itself by making sure the center of mass of the fixture combined with your part is over the axis of travel of the shaker. When the design is complete we will send you the design files and we can also send you the actual machined fixture if desired.
